The Wooster Yachtsman paint brush is a top-selling choice for painters who demand professional results with oil-based varnishes, enamels, paints, stains, and urethanes. Natural white China bristle is soft enough to flow smoothly on fine finishes yet resilient enough to handle heavy enamels and marine coatings without leaving brush marks. The shorter sash handle makes it ideal for precision work in tight spaces such as deck rails, cabinets, doors, and intricate woodwork.
Yachtsman brushes have proven their reliability for over 50 years, backed by Wooster Brush Company's commitment to quality since 1851. The wood-grained, solid black plastic handle resists warping, chipping, and peeling when exposed to moisture and solvents. This durable construction means the brush stays reliable from the first coat through the final application.
