Description

The Wooster 4157-3 Ultra/Pro is a professional-grade paint brush engineered for painters who demand precision and durability. This 3-inch chiseled nylon brush is specifically designed to handle thick or fast-drying paints, primers, and exterior coatings, even in hot or humid conditions. The chiseled bristle profile allows you to cut sharp lines and achieve crisp, defined strokes with confidence, making it ideal for detailed work and clean edge work on both interior and exterior projects.

Whether you're a professional painter or a serious DIY enthusiast, this brush solves the challenges of achieving flawless finishes with demanding paint products. The exclusive NylonPlus™ filament maintains rigidity throughout the job while resisting wear, ensuring your investment lasts through project after project. Unlike polyester-bristle alternatives, this extra-firm nylon formulation cleans quickly and easily with simple rinsing, reducing cleanup time and extending the brush's working life.

Features and Benefits

  • NylonPlus™ Bristles: Made from 100% nylon with an exclusive Wooster filament that maintains rigidity, resists wear, and cleans far more easily than traditional polyester brushes.
  • Chiseled Edge Profile: The angled bristle edge delivers sharp, precise lines for professional-quality cutting in and detailed work on edges and corners.
  • Built for Thick Coatings: Performs excellently with fast-drying paints, primers, and thick exterior coatings, even in challenging hot and humid conditions.
  • Extra-Firm Construction: The extra-firm nylon blend provides the stiffness needed for demanding applications and maintains performance over extended use.
  • Easy Cleanup: Bristles rinse clean quickly, minimizing paint residue and allowing for faster maintenance between coats or projects.
  • Distinctive Markings: Look for the purple and black filament and teal stamp on the handle to confirm you have an authentic Wooster Ultra/Pro brush.
