Description

The Graco FFLP308 RAC X SwitchTip is a Fine Finish Low Pressure spray tip designed for airless paint sprayers. It produces a 6 to 8 inch fan pattern with a 0.008 inch orifice, making it ideal for applying thinner materials and achieving a superior, consistent blended finish. This reversible tip design allows you to easily clear clogs by simply reversing the SwitchTip, reducing downtime and maintenance.

By operating at up to 50% lower pressure than standard tips, the FFLP308 reduces overspray and mess, putting paint exactly where you want it. The softer spray fan pattern and lower-pressure operation extend tip life—often doubling it compared to conventional tips—while minimizing sprayer maintenance needs.

Features and Benefits

  • Fine Finish Low Pressure Design: Operates at half the pressure of standard tips, delivering a superior finish with less energy required to atomize paints, stains, and coatings.
  • Reversible RAC X SwitchTip: Easily reverse the tip to clear clogs without removing it from the sprayer, saving time and reducing frustration during projects.
  • Extended Tip Life: Reduced pressure operation doubles tip life compared to standard tips, lowering replacement costs and maintenance time.
  • Reduced Overspray: The 6 to 8 inch fan pattern with soft edges delivers consistent coverage with less waste and mess to clean up.
  • Universal Compatibility: Works with any airless sprayer, including select Graco models with SmartControl technology.
  • Durable Construction: Locking tab keeps the tip secure in the guard; OneSeal tip gasket installs without tools.
